Outfit of the Week: Low Budget Chic

I love a great deal. I am all about maximizing my budget. With a limited budget (thanks Sallie Mae!) I have to be smart about the clothes, shoes and accessories that I buy. As much as I would love nothing more than to buy a pair of Louboutins, a Louis bag or even to pay full price for something at Old Navy even (gasp) I just can't justify doing so on my budget. Therefore, my motto usually is if its not on sale, I don't have a coupon or its not from a discount retailer I rarely ever buy it. Thank God for TJ Maxx and Marshall's. And no, I don't buy anything full price from Old Navy or Target. I always have a coupon or hit up their sale/clearance racks.

Anywho, today my whole outfit is from some discount retailer. My top and maxi skirt are from Ross and my BCBGeneration wedges are from TJ Maxx; my necklace is from Target;  ring is from Old Navy (coupon of course); earrings from Forever 21; and my belt I took from a dress I had, which probably came from one of the above stores.

Who says you can't still look fly for less? My whole outfit was probably around $75.

Here are some items for a similar look:
Old Navy Maxi skirt
Forever 21 Earrings
Eloquii Scoop Neck Tee
Target Stone Cluster Necklace
Torrid Stretch Belt
DSW Michael Antonio Gladiator Sandal

What's your favorite place to shop on a budget?
